PERLP works with professionals from medical fields, emergency response and civil-defense services. These experts contribute their time so participants can learn how to protect themselves, assist others and pass safety knowledge to future generations.
Pakistan once included civil-defense lessons in school education. PERLP believes practical lessons in fire fighting and rescue, first aid, road safety and disaster management should again become part of co-curricular learning.
